Main Text: Genesis 48:1-19

Examining the life of Jacob with prophetic insight, this message enlightens the eyes of our understanding to know our season, understand it, operate in it, walk by it, and ultimately find fulfillment in God as far as His present and eternal counsel concerning us is concerned.

The message reveals that we are in the season of the manifestation of what God has put in us as individual and unique Christians. It strengthens our faith that God’s intention and purpose for us will be made known to the world, though our natural circumstance contradicts it. Thus we are encouraged not to focus on the happenings in the physical but to set our eyes of faith like a flint on the workings of God in life behind the scene. And it is established in the Scripture that He who has promised is faithful and He will do what He has promised to do, regardless of contradictions that surround us.

Furthermore, the message gives a prophetic understanding to the divine intervention in our lives. In other words, God has stepped into our situation and the circumstances surrounding us in order to perfect His will concerning us. Just as the Bible says we walk by faith but not by sight, we are encouraged to see situations and happenings in our lives from eternal or God’s perspective.

Moreover, the message does not only open our eyes of understanding to divine intervention, it also stresses the significance of clarity of vision as far as our God-given assignment, dream, or vision is concerned. Therefore, we are entreated to operate in clarity of vision and not in confusion.
Divine repositioning is another aspect of God’s faithfulness which is at work in our lives. This relates to repositioning us for the best that God has to offer, even though we do not seem to qualify. This divine repositioning has to do with God bringing us, against all odds, to the platform He has prepared for us.
